The Cabinet finishers
I have seen other types of refinishing - how is yours different?
We do one thing - finish kitchen cabinets. And we do that one thing exceptionally well.
We have been serving Metro Detroit since 1977. In that time, we have seen many, many products come and go. Our knowledge of equipment and the various finishing products they transfer is extensive, and we utilize our combined industry experience to offer our clients a finished product that is second to none.
Our multi-stage preparation technique will assure proper finish adhesion to any type of wood. Even open-grained wood can be properly prepared to leave a glass-like finish, if so desired.
We only use world-class equipment that has stood the test of time. Our spray booths, HVLP shop sprayers, portable in-house spraying units, and electromagnetic air extractors are unrivaled.
Our lacquer-based finishes are specific to cabinets and provide industry-leading life-length and hardness ratings that surpass factory finishes in most cases.
We're confident that you will see the difference at your free in-home consultation. We don't just "write" about cabinet refinishing - we know it. Inside and out.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes - we stand behind our product and offer a full one-year warranty. If something goes wrong just let us know and we'll make it right. Simple as that.
I am doing an entire kitchen remodel. What is the best time to schedule around my other contractors?
We can come at any time. Ideally, you should schedule to have us in after the installation of counter tops. This will decrease the chance of the counter installation disrupting the new cabinet finish.
What finish should I choose?
Most times, this decision is a matter of preference. In some instances, however, the type of wood you have will determine the best option. Oak, maple, and hickory, for example, can accept all of our finish types - yet they reveal the wood's grain in a way unique to each. We can provide samples of all to assist you in your decision-making process.
I have panels on the side of my cabinet box. They feel like they are covered in paper. What about those?
We've got you covered. Depending on their condition and your preference, we will either refinish them or replace them with a custom panel. Let us take a look and provide a solution.
